Spring Break | Day 3: Spring Cleanse


Sorry it took me awhile to blog “Day 3” of my “7 Day Spring Break Guide.”  Going back to work from maternity leave has been tough.  I miss my 2 boys and when I get home, all I want to do is spend time with them.

Anyway, today I am sharing my three favorite juices.  Whether you’re doing a 1-Day cleanse or not, these are simply delicious and healthy to drink.  I am not in any program to detox or cleanse at the moment because I am currently breastfeeding, but I do drink these juices as a part of my breakfast or as a snack.


5 Stalks of Kale

2 Handfuls of Spinach

1 Apple

1/2 Lemon

1 Orange

1 Cucumber

1 Celery

1 Knuckle of Ginger


1 Cucumber

3 Carrots

1/2 Large Beet

3 Stalks Celery

1 Lemon


4 Carrots

1 Apple

1 Lemon
