Recipe: Coconut Banana French Toast

Add a little coconut and banana to your french toast.  I made these for Father’s Day, and my husband and two-year old loved them.  Below is the recipe for you to try out.  I hope you enjoy them as much as my family did.

1 Egg
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (can)
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Banana
4 Slices of Kings Hawaiian Slice Bread

Beat egg.  Mix in coconut milk, sugar and cinnamon.  Add and smash banana.

Cut each slice of bread into fours.

Dip and/or soak slices of Bread in batter.  Coat frying pan with olive oil.  Cook until golden brown.

Top it off with syrup and whip cream.  ENJOY!
